I love bundt cakes! They are so much fun and I feel so victorious when they slide out of the pan. I found this recipe in Southern Living and made two this past week. (Don’t worry, I gave away 1 1/2 of the cakes) The cake is huge and dense and will feed a small army but incredible delicious and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I had to share.
