Last week was Mediterranean night with our International Dinner Club and I made two really easy and delicious recipes I wanted to share with you.
Did you know that Wildtree has a ridiculously yummy Tzatziki Dip? Just mix with plain Greek yogurt and Tada! a refreshing dip for veggies and pita chips.
For the next dish, I made a simple couscous and kicked it up a notch with Wildtree’s Rockin’ Moroccan Rub.
Couscous – prepared according to directions to serve 5. Instead of water, I used Wildtree’s Chicken Bouillon Soup Mix which added some real flavor.
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
3 cups chopped chicken breasts grilled with Wildtree’s Rockin Moroccan Rub
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
Combine and serve. That’s the way I like to cook!
